Renovation of a military facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a military facility.
The purpose of this project is to complete a full replacement of all sealants and gaskets on windows, doors, openings and precast concrete panels on the Building exterior. Work would be completed from a swing stage or boom lift as the specific location may require. The work would also look for and complete minor repairs to deficiencies that are noted; for example, the repair of loose or damaged pieces to prevent falling or further damage from freeze/thaw cycles. All work shall be done in a manner that is consistent with heritage conservation guidelines that apply to these character defining elements. Consultant to include 3rd party that provides genie lift or swing stage to complete this detailed investigation. TIMELINE: Request for proposal from consultant engineering services, closed, award details will not be released. If project is tendered for construction updates ill be made. Coverage has been discontinued at this time.
