Description

Renovation of a laboratory facility in East Lansing, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 60,450-square-foot, three-story above grade laboratory facility.

The project will be two phases to replace the steam heating system in the Geagley laboratory. The first phase will be to replace the existing steam coils with new hydronic coils along with new hot water heating boilers to provide tempered air to the system. The second phase will to be remove and replace the existing steam boilers with hot water boilers and a new water heater to provide for the VAV and domestic system.
