Per the owner, as of October 6, 2022, a master planner has been selected. The owner states that the master planner may continue to provide design services for the duration of the project. A timeline for construction has not been determined. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. .......... Develop comprehensive park master plan and report for the newly acquired Lawrence-Mitty site. Scope of work to include extensive public outreach, site environmental review and studies, and a City-approved, Conceptual design of the 7.83-acre park. Project focus will be on assessing community recreation needs, determining site-specific jurisdictional and physical constraints, and working with community stakeholders to develop a Conceptual design for future implementation.
