Reference number : 1517870 Review Title : Construction of a new street connecting Avenue Castelneau to Cégep, along the CN rail right-of-way, 3 lots Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-08-23 Electronic submission accepted: No This project will allow the construction of a new street providing access to the Quartier des Études Supérieures via the Cégep de Saint-Hyacinthe parking lot, along the CN rail line. In general, but not limited to, the work will include the construction of a section of a 250 mm diameter wastewater delivery pipe and its connection to the Castelneau pumping station. Likewise, the works will include the construction of drainage infrastructures, sumps and ditches. The project also provides for the installation of lighting. Traffic lights must also be installed at the intersection of the new street and avenue Castelneau. Finally, the project provides for the construction of the sub-foundation, the lower foundation , the upper foundation, the laying of asphalt for a two (2) lane roadway plus the bicycle path, the construction of the curbs of concrete on certain sections, the marking of the roadway and the cycle path, the installation of fences and guardrails, and the construction of a Hydro-Québec massif, etc.
