Renovation of a municipal facility in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
To supply and deliver all labour, materials, tools & equipment, services, inspections, and permits as required to retrofit eighteen (18) City public washroom facilities to make entrances and washrooms "touch-free". The scope of work at each site will include adding or changing door operators/controls, sink faucets, soap dispensers, paper towel dispensers, and adding some card access, all in accordance with specifications and drawings for the various locations, as listed. Work must begin prior to September 30th and be completed by December 24th, 2021. Work is divided into five (5) separate packages and each part will be awarded individually to the lowest, compliant bidder. This project is grant funded by the Investing in Canada Infrastructure Program (ICIP), a Federal, Provincial, and Municipal program.
