The Texas General Land Office ("GLO") and the Veterans Land Board ("VLB") (collectively the "GLO/VLB") seeks a highly skilled contractor to replace the fire alarm system at the Ambrosio Guillen Texas State Veterans Home (the "Home") in El Paso, Texas GLO/VLB Project No. 121002-ELP/FAI 48-034-ELP The Project scope consists of replacing the entire fire alarm panel, all annunciators, smoke detectors, duct detectors, and A/Vs at the Home per the specifications provided in the Project Manual. The existing fire alarm system and the new fire alarm system shall be maintained and must be operational as the new system is installed.
