The Contractor shall execute the contract within 15 calendar days after it has been notified in writing of award of contract, shall commence construction immediately after a Notice to Proceed, and shall complete all the Work and improvements within 60 working days The Work shall generally consists of construction including: Traffic control and public convenience, removal and replacement of asphalt concrete pavement, application of street treatments (asphalt-rubber aggregate membrane ["ARAM"] and conventional slurry), removal and installation of street signs, application of street striping and thermoplastic markings, and compliance to all applicable storm water pollution prevention, including National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System ("NPDES") requirements.
