Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Farmington, Arkansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Farmington will be accepting bids for removal of a failed corrugated metal elliptical pipe and replacement with a reinforced concrete arch pipe, along with demolition and replacement of a junction box and repairs to impacted streets, sidewalks, and driveways. The length of the pipe is approximately 96 feet. The City of Farmington reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities deemed to be in the City's best interest. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check on a responsible bank and payable to the order of the Owner, or a Bid Bond acceptable to the Owner in the amount of five percent of the total amount bid. The successful bidder shall submit a certification of non-segregated facilities prior to award of the contract, and to notify prospective subcontractors of the requirement for such a certification where the subcontract exceeds $10,000. Bidder hereby agrees to commence work under this contract on a date to be specified in a written Notice to Proceed, and to fully complete the project within 45 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
