Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Shell Lake, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Major Quantities on the Project Include: 800 CY Common Excavation, 150 LF Remove Curb or Gutter, 2,300 SY Remove Asphalt Pavement, 600 SF 6 inch Concrete Driveway Apron/Sidewalk, 100 SF 8 inch Reinforced Concrete Dumpster Slab, 360 LF Concrete Curb and Gutter, 500 CY Sand Subbase 3,500 Ton Gravel Base (9 inch), 800 Ton Asphalt Pavement (3 inch), 1 Each Storm Sewer Inlet, 12 LF Storm Sewer Pipe, 1 LS Retaining Wall, 1 LS Parking Lot Lighting and Electrical, 1 Each 6-foot Bench, 3,000 LF Pavement Marking, 1 LS Erosion Control, 1 Each Landscaping Tree, 1 LS Turf Establishment Bids shall be directed to the County Clerk securely sealed and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, BID FOR PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS. Bidders Proof of Responsibility must be submitted to SEH in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The County of Washburn reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the County.
