A firm timeline for construction has not been disclosed. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Anticipated Award Date 10/26/2021 Major elements of the project include:1. Renovation of the HVAC systems at Baldwin Park ES, Eagles Nest ES, East Lake ES, McCoy ES, Millennia ES, Whispering Oak ES, and Wyndham Lakes ES.2. The renovation scope of individual sites will vary and may include, but not be limited to, the refurbishment or replacement of existing air distribution equipment and the building automation system, and selected equipment and piping replacement in the central energy plant. The campuses will remain occupied during design and construction. The estimated construction cost may range from $7,000.000 - $9,000,000. Target Schedule: Design/Pre-construction Services Commencement: January 2022 Construction Notice to Proceed: May 2023 Substantial Completion: July 2024 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
