The work will consist of milling and filling the roadway with a single course asphalt and deep mill repair to extend its service life and improve the quality and safety of the pavement. Additionally, the ramps at Crooked Hill Road, Middletown Road, and Route 59 will be corrected to address rutting. Pavement markings will be replaced and upgraded to meet current standards.
