Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wichita, Kansas. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
***As of October 13, 2021, the project has been awarded for the amount of $3,325,808.05.*** A Bid Bond in the Amount of Five Percent (5%) of the Total Bid or an Annual Bid Bond Is Required Prior to Bid Opening. The work on this project, except for seed, sod, and tree plantings, shall be completed within 200 (two hundred) working days from the Notice to Proceed date. Working days will be charged in accordance with the plans and Standard Specifications, once the work order is issued. Liquidated Damages shall be assessed in the amount of $1,500 per day according to the City of Wichita Specifications. The Contractor shall read and fully comprehend every aspect of the contract provisions included in this bid proposal, prior to submitting a bid for the project.
