The Board of Trustees reserves the right to wave any informalities in, or to reject any or all bids, and to accept the bids which they deem most favorable to the interest of the Village. Attention of Bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to conditions of employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the Contract. The Village will not accept bids from, nor award a Contract to anyone, who cannot prove to the satisfaction of the Board of Trustees of the Village that he or she has had sufficient experience in this type of work and is financially able and organized to successfully carry out the work covered by the Specifications in the required time.
