Provide continuous on-site supervision by personnel knowledgeable in all aspects of asbestos removal and disposal. 2. Provide and maintain environmental protective measures, equipment, and procedures at the work site. 3. Provide and maintain personnel protective measures, equipment, and procedures at the work site. 4. Provide and maintain personnel and waste decontamination facilities as required. Coordinate location of these facilities with Owner's personnel or representative. 5. Package, transport, and dispose of all asbestos in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local regulations. 6. Clean the work site to completely remove all asbestos containing and asbestos contaminated materials as specified below. Work includes the removal of non-ACM rubber baseboard, mastic, etc
