Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Santa Claus, Indiana. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of 11/09/2021 The bids came in too high and were rejected, they are not pursuing the project for now. The project consists of: Resurfacing of existing gravel trails with HMA Resurfacing of an existing gravel parking area with HMA Resurfacing of an existing concrete trail with HMA Replacement of ADA ramps Addition of safety railings to several existing wooden bridges When specifications are ordered from Midwestern Engineers, Inc, instructions for payment will be provided in the downloading process. Requests for specifications to the office of Midwestern Engineers, Inc., for a paper-bound set, shall be accompanied by a check or money order A pre-bid conference will not be held for this project. The Bids must be submitted on the Bid Forms provided and in accordance with the Bidding Documents prepared by Midwestern Engineers, Inc., Loogootee, Indiana
