Site work for a water / sewer project in New Orleans, Louisiana. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Board intends to use the Construction Management at Risk (CMAR) delivery method for the Project, as authorized by Louisiana law pursuant to La. R.S. 38:2225.2.4. Use of the CMAR delivery method for this Project is in the public interest and beneficial to the Board for reasons including, but not limited to, the following collaboration between the contractor and design engineer team allowing identification and resolution of constructability concerns, minimization of the risk of construction and design disputes, facilitate completion of the Project within the established budget and an agreed upon guaranteed maximum price (GMP). All inquiries shall be directed to the Procurement Department at procurement@portnola.com. The Board will issue addenda to this RFQ if necessary. Questions and answers, addenda to this RFQ, and all forms required will be posted on the Board electronically. All firms registered on the Board's website as a "plan holder" for this RFQ will be notified via electronic mail that new information has been posted. Proposers are responsible for disseminating pertinent information to their sub-contractors, if any.
