Site work for a water / sewer project in Monroe, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Project consists of constructing approximately 4,745 linear feet of 8-inch gravity sewer mains and 24 manholes on Smith Circle, Greenbriar Drive, and Spruce Street. This includes, but is not limited to pipe, manholes, services, clean outs, erosion control, and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted, in writing, to the Procurement contact person listed on the cover page (vicky.watts@unioncountync.gov). Project ID: UNION-2021-004 The Work will be substantially completed on or before 110 calendar days, and completed and ready for final payment in accordance with Paragraph 14.07 of the General Conditions on or before 140 calendar days.
