The City of Florence is accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to construct the Phase II Rehabilitation of the Timmonsville Sewer system. The scope of work includes: Furnishing all materials, equipment and labor necessary to construct the Phase II Sewer Rehabilitation, consisting of the following approximate quantities: Division 1: Warren Street (S-214) Includes 966 LF of cured-in-place pipe (CIPP) 8" gravity sewer, 1 manhole rehabilitation and 10 services. Division 2: Orange Street (S-179) Includes 1,371 LF of CIPP 8" gravity sewer, 410 LF of root removal, 2 point repairs and 30 services. Division 3: Keith Street (S-126) Includes 1,452 LF of CIPP 8" gravity sewer, 376 LF of pipe bursting 8" gravity sewer, 3 point repairs and 3 manhole rehabilitations, and 38 services. Division 4: Pinckney Street (S-116) Includes 1,840 LF of CIPP 8" gravity sewer, 2 manhole rehabilitations and 11 services. Division 5: Hill Street (S-743) Includes 321 LF of CIPP 8" gravity sewer and 4 services. Division 6: Byrd Street (S-79) Includes 497 LF of CIPP 8" gravity sewer, 305 LF of CIPP 12" gravity sewer, 295 LF of pipe bursting 8" gravity sewer, 125 LF of root removal, 2 point repairs, 3 manhole rehabilitations and 13 services. Division 7: New Street (S-292) Includes 676 LF of CIPP 8" gravity sewer and 9 services. Division 8: Park Street (S-362) Includes 369 LF of new 8" gravity sewer, 2 new manholes, 1 manhole rehabilitation and 6 services. Division 9: Brockington Street (SC-403) Includes 257 LF of pipe bursting 8" gravity sewer and 3 services.
