Per the owner, the unit would be in approximately the 550,000 BTU range. 3 Phase, 460 V. For the replacement of Gas Furnace Unit at Water Treatment Plant, consisting of one direct fired make up air unit and other areas as directed by the City Engineer in Frostburg, and miscellaneous work This work shall include the furnishing and placing of a direct fired make up air unit, disposal of the old unit, all necessary power and control wiring, tie into existing ductwork/duct changes, CO monitors, start up, programming and operations check, warranty registry and the delivery of all necessary manuals. Each bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Frostburg Mayor and Council, 37. Broadway Street, P.O. Box 440, Frostburg, Maryland 21532, and marked on the outside of the envelope "BID FOR GAS FURNACE UNIT AT WATER TREATMENT PLANT" BY 10:00 A.M. ON MONDAY, AUGUST 30, 2021 OR YOU MAY HAND CARRY THE BID TO CITY HALL MUNICIPAL CENTER, 37. BROADWAY STREET, BY 11:00 A.M. The Frostburg Mayor and Council reserve the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities as the interest of the Mayor and Council may require.
