The work requested in this contract includes signage, the uncohesion of the existing paving, granular reloading, the laying of paving and the marking. Drainage work (ditches, rip rap and culverts), granular resurfacing of the foundation, resurfacing of shoulders, connections to entrances and rehabilitation are out of contract. This work will be the responsibility of the Municipality, so the contractor will have to coordinate with the latter for the completion of the work. All tenderers must read and fully comply with contractual management by-law # 222-0221 adopted on June 15, 2021 by the municipality of Lantier, which is an integral part of the tender documents. The tenderer who will be awarded the contract must carry out the work according to the tender documents produced by the firm Équipe Laurence dated August 13, 2021, including addenda, if applicable. Any request for additional information must be in writing, in accordance with the requirements of the Notice to Bidders. The Municipality of Lantier does not undertake to accept either the lowest or any of the bids received, and it incurs no liability with regard to any of the bidders in the event of rejection of all the bids.
