A timeline for award has not yet been established.**  Bidders are required to show identification at the Guard Booth when entering the site and must sign in at the Security Officers desk once inside. Please allow sufficient time to comply with these requirements. No exceptions. Bidder bears the risk of late delivery. Any bids received after the stated time will be returned unopened. Project involves demolition of the cistern and underground sprinkler systems at the Biden National Guard/Reserve Center. Attention is called to the construction schedule as detailed in the Contract Documents. Sealed bids shall be mailed and addressed to the Delaware Army National Guard, 1 Vavala Way, New Castle,Delaware 19720; ATTN: Brittney M. Poore, Business Manager. The outer envelope should clearly indicate: "DEARNG Contract 2021-011; ARNG 21011 BNGRCCURB - Biden NGRC Storm Water and Curbing Improvements - SEALED BID - DO NOT OPEN." Construction specification documents will be available for review at the office of Landmark Science and Engineering, 200 Continental Drive, #400, Newark, Delaware 19713. Bidders will not be subject to discrimination on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or national origin in consideration of this award, and Minority Business Enterprises, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises, Women-Owned Business Enterprises and Veteran-Owned Business Enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids on this contract. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
