Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Waukee, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a playground / park / athletic field, sidewalk / parking lot and water / sewer project.
The project is to construct a neighborhood park, located near Serenity Drive and Ashworth Road, in the City of Waukee Iowa. The construction consists of approximately 8000 cubic square yards (CY) grading, 1200 SY of Shared use Path (PCC or HMA per bid alternate), 2500 SY of modified subbase, 550 SY of PCC sidewalk, Pickle Ball Court, Prefabricated restroom/shelter structure, 400 Linear Feet (LF) of sanitary sewer service, 550 LF of water service, drainage structures, miscellaneous grading, site restoration, survey, traffic control, and other associated work. City will install playground equipment and surfacing.
