Renovation of a transportation facility in Dallas, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 45,065-square-foot transportation facility.
The project consists of the renovation of approximately 42,500 SF of administrative spaces at multiple locations on multiple floors of Terminal A at DFW International Airport. Additional details are provided in the Scope of Work document located in the Dropbox. Project Specifics: Tax exempt 31% D/M/WBE Participation Goal Construction Start: January 2023 Duration: 9-months Additional details are provided in the Instructions to Bidders saved in the Drop Box. This project is located within the Secure Area of DFW International Airport. Badging will be required for all individuals at the job site. All badging, renewals, vehicle permits, and fees associated with these will be your firm's responsibility. Refer to specification for insurance requirements. As part of the Badging/Vehicle Security Protocol at DFW Airport, Tool Management Plans will need to be maintain by the firm, along with Tool Inventory Lists in each vehicle and on each individual employee.
