This bid bond must be produced in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.15 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the bid bond model. reproduced in Annex 4.01A of the Tender Form. THE PUBLIC BODY wishes to launch a call for tenders for the execution of interior design work on the ground floor of the Pied-du-Courant building, at 905, avenue De Lorimier, Montreal (Quebec) , including but not limited to the modification and addition of wall finishes in the areas of the East and West entrances, the cafeteria including the bistro, the main hall and the adjacent corridor. Part of this work involves the supply and installation of new wood finishes . The contractor selected by this call for tenders may also set up a work schedule that he deems appropriate within a range defined by the PUBLIC BODY, i.e. between April 1 and October 31, 2022 (at later). The public body has also revised certain administrative clauses, among other things on the performance bond and payment deadlines, to open up the market to more entrepreneurs.
