The City of Goodyear, ("City") is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk ("CMAR") to provide design phase preconstruction services for the Yuma Road Improvements - Canyon Trails to Sarival Avenue (Project #42037). The Project includes reconstruction and widening of east bound traffic lanes including raised landscape medians, streetlights, storm drainage improvements, traffic signal addition at 165th Avenue, curb and gutter, sidewalk, property restoration on the south side of Yuma Road, and other roadway infrastructure modifications as required to provide a functional 6 lane arterial roadway. Construction of the Project will be by CMAR delivery method.
