20062 The Contractor shall be solely responsible for ensuring the delivery of the sealed bid no later than the date and time specified. Use of the U.S. Postal Service or any other mail or courier service which may result in delayed delivery shall not relieve the Contractor from the conditions of the bid opening deadline. Summary of Work: The work of the project, as defined in greater detail by other provisions of the Contract Documents, consists of replacing an existing 36-inch CMP culvert with a 112"x75" corrugated steel pipe arch culvert with associated site work as shown in the Contract Documents. This project is expected to be funded by the U.S. Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) funds. Each bidder shall conform with Federal and State Minority/Women Business Enterprise (MWBE) and Davis Bacon laws and regulations governing this project. The Town of Hague reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive any and all informalities, and to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive or conditional bids.
