LeLacheur Park Improvements Project located at 450 Aiken Avenue, Lowell, MA 01854 . Accelerated feasibility study, schematic design phase to determine potential improvements to bring the stadium to current (MiLB) standards. Contract may be amended to include complete construction documents and construction administration. Designer Fee: Negotiated Time Period for Completed Project : by March 1, 2023 Specified Services(all chosen) : Architect Landscape Architect Programmer Engineer Other : cost estimator Briefing session is not mandatory, but is highly encouraged. Prior experience designing new or renovated professional baseball stadiums of similar size and scope is mandatory.
