Bid Package ER 2: : Deep Foundations, Freight Elevator and Site Electrical Only ESTIMATED COST OF CONSTRUCTION for this bid package is $30,000,000.00 and consists of site electrical, structural concrete slabs and freight elevator for a new Preliminary and Primary Treatment Facility. Overall construction project is valued at $144 million.
