Renovation of a municipal facility in Tacoma, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
This project has been awarded to BFC Construction Inc. in the amount of $468,104. QA date SEPTEMBER 1, 2021 The demolition of two rest-rooms located on the first floor and two on the second floor direct-ly above those on the first floor. Reconstruction of new restrooms in a rotated orientation to accom-modate ADA and code compliance. These restrooms are located inside of an. existing office building that will be occupied during the work. Provisions lr noise and dust con-trol will need to be employed. As the work is within a secured area. TWIC credentials or appropriate escort will be required. Bid Estimate: Estimated cost range is $445,000 to $488,000 Bid Security: Each Bid must be accompanied by a Bid security in an amount equal to five (5) percent of the Base Bid in a form allowed by the Instructions to Bidders.
