General: The State of Rhode Island Division of Purchases on behalf of the Department of Environmental Management (DEM) is soliciting qualified vendors to provide Exhaust Hood Cleaning for all Rhode . Island State Beaches identified herein. Scope: All hoods to be cleaned once per year. The cleaning in 2022 will need to be done as soon as possible after the issuance of the purchase order. Subsequent cleanings will be done during the month of May. Awarded vendor will need to coordinate dates and times with the Department of Environmental Management. Note, awarded vendor will need to be registered with the RI Secretary of State's office prior to issuance of purchase order. Vendors must bid all lines. Basis of Award Evaluation Although the intent is to make one single award, the State reserves the right to award this solicitation in whole, or by individual location, make multiple award(s), accept or reject all bids or award in its best interest. Parts discount will be informational and not included as part of evaluation.
