As of December 9, 2021, this project is in the final planning stage. Construction is anticipated to commence first quarter 2022 and be complete during fourth quarter 2022. P&C CONSTRUCTION OMIC & OREGON TECH - NEW R&D MANUFACTURING CENTER BID PACKAGE TWO (2) STOREFRONT, PEMB ERECTOR, TPO ROOFING, METAL FRAMING, DRYWALL & CEILINGS, CRANES REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Completed Cost Proposal Forms, for the "OMIC (Oregon Manufacturing Innovation Center) & Oregon Tech R&D New Manufacturing Center. Proposals will only be accepted as a complete scope of work per the Proposal Form, descriptions for each area of work, and in accordance with Bid Package Two (2) documents. Bid Package Two (2) Includes - Storefront & Glazing Systems, TPO Roofing, Installation/Erection of the Pre-Engineered Metal Building System, Bridge & Monorail Cranes and Metal Stud Framing/Drywall/Ceilings/FRP ONLY. Building consists of a high bay shop, office area, and utility rooms for a total of 30,000 square feet. Project is located in Scappoose Oregon. Failure to do so, or to submit an incomplete proposal, will likely cause proposal to be deemed non-responsive and thus rejected. All proposers must clearly outline their ability, capacity, and associated cost to furnish payment and performance bonds covering the faithful performance of the subcontract and the payment for all obligations arising hereunder. P&C reserves the right to consider in the evaluation the ability of proposers to provide payment and performance bonds, the associated cost of payment and performance bonds, and the current financial resources of the proposer. All proposers must be registered with the Construction Contractors Board at the time of submission of their proposals and carry all licensing and bonding required for a public project in the State of Oregon. P&C reserves the right to: reject any and all proposals; reject any proposals not in compliance with the solicitation procedures and requirements; reject for good cause any proposal that would be in the public's best interest to do so; and waive minor irregularities in any or all proposal responses.
