Springfield School District is requesting sealed proposals for Design-Build Services for Mechanical/HVAC projects located at 18 schools in the district. This Request for Proposal (RFP) will be used to evaluate and select qualified Design-Builder Firm for this Project. Mechanical/HVAC Projects will be located at: Centennial Elementary School, Douglas Gardens Elementary School, Guy Lee Elementary School, Maple Elementary School, Mohawk Elementary School, Page Elementary School, Ridgeview Elementary School, Thurston Elementary School, Two River/Dos Rios Elementary School, Walterville Elementary School, Yolanda Elementary School, Agnes Stewart Middle School, Briggs Middle School, Thurston Middle School, Academy of Arts and Academics High School, Brattain Campus, Springfield High School and Thurston High School. Timely received proposals will be opened, recorded and prepared for evaluation. The District will not read Proposals aloud. The number of Proposals received, the identity of Proposers, or the contents of any Proposal will not be disclosed to the public until all Proposals have been evaluated, negotiations completed if required, and a recommendation for Award has been published. Addenda will be issued via e-mail to known document holders in attendance at the Mandatory pre-bid conference. This is a public works contract subject to 279C.800 to 279C.870.
