Demolition, site work and addition to a water / sewer project in Goodyear, Arizona. Working plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project; for the demolition of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The City of Goodyear, ("City/Owner") is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQ's) from Arizona licensed Contractors for complete Design-Build services including design, design review/value engineering, permitting/regulatory assistance, and construction services for the expansion of the Rainbow Valley Water Reclamation Facility, ("RVWRF"). It is anticipated that this project will be completed in two phases over three years. The Owner's initial budget for design, pre-construction, land acquisition and all other related services for Phase I of the project is currently $3,900,000 (FY2022), and $25,975,000 for Phase II (FY2023). Actual available construction funding will be determined during the design phase of this project.
