Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Henrico, Virginia. Completed plans call for the construction of a fitness / recreation center; for site work for a fitness / recreation center; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
As of April 14, 2022, the project has been awarded. A timeline for construction has not been confirmed. The Work consists of construction of a new water play area on the site adjacent to the existing Dorey Park Recreation Center, parking lot, and farmers market. Work includes but is not limited to site work, utility & plumbing work of an owner provided spray area system, equipment within pump building, specialty concrete work, erosion and sediment control measures, and other associated construction work. The project is located at 29999 Darbytown Road, Henrico, VA 23231. The Owner will be responsible for construction of the 334 square foot pump house building as outlined in the Owner Special Conditions. A pre-bid conference will not be held for this solicitation. The project work area and site are fully open to the public and is located per the construction documents near the Dorey Park Recreation Center located at 29999 Darbytown Road, Henrico, VA 23231.
