Park County, Wyoming, is soliciting bids for furnishing all tools, labor, materials, transportation and services necessary for the application of dust suppressant (magnesium chloride or calcium chloride) to approximately 14.77 miles of Park Countys road system. The applications will be made for approximately 8.25 miles of roadway near Sunlight Basin, Wyoming, approximately 6.02 miles near Powell, Wyoming and approximately 0.5 miles near Cody, Wyoming. A complete application packet may be obtained by emailing bmcdonald@parkcounty.us. Bids must be submitted on the Proposal Form provided by the Owner. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for the opening. The Owner reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any and all bids. Preferences shall be given to Wyoming Contractors, subcontractors, laborers and materials as required by all current Wyoming Statutes (W.S. 16-6-101, et sec., and 16-6- 201 et sec.).
