Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Coquitlam, British Columbia. Completed plans call for the construction of a 37,000-square-foot, one-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
The Work of the Contract includes the construction of a new 43,000 square foot Fleet Maintenance / Workshop Building, including the associated siteworks and expansion of the western portion of the existing yard. The scope also includes the conversion of existing workplaces within the Water Sewer Utility Building to administrative space. It is Graham's intention to generate a prequalified list of trade contractors to bid on a number of Tender Packages. The current invite is to submit prequalification documents for the listed Tender Packages only. Additional invitations may follow for other Tender Packages.
