Range: $125,000 - $175,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The Work consists of, but is not necessarily limited to the following. Please reference attached 002400 Summary of Work and Bid Documents consisting of Plans & Specifications from Axis Architecture and its design affiliates for a complete scope. Furnish all equipment, tools, materials, and labor to provide a complete Bid Package #8 Patch & Repair Precast Panels scope of work. See Unit Price Bid Form (BID-3) for quantity of work to be included in your bid. 1. A site visit to review the scope, magnitude, and location of the repair items required on the bid form is mandatory. Bidders who do not visit the site to review the work required, will be considered non-responsive. Non-responsive bids may be rejected. 2. Coordinate site visits with Don Jungst of Hagerman, Inc. (CMA 317-577-6836)) so that the visit may be coordinated with the Owner and that the mandatory site visit may be verified. 3. Update As-built drawings daily to record actual units of work completed. 4. Clean existing panels free of efflourescence 5. Clean and repair rusted spots 6. Epoxy-inject cracks and sand to prepare for painting 7. Clean up and disposal of this scope of work This Work will be funded by the City of Indianapolis. The participation goal for Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) for this contract is fifteen percent (15%). The participation goal for Women Business Enterprise (WBE) for this contract is eight percent (8%). The participation goal for Veteran Business Enterprise (VBE) is three percent (3%). The participation goal for Disability-owned Business Enterprise (DOBE) is one percent (1%).
