Renovation of a medical facility in Nampa, Idaho. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho for DPW Project 21361 City Water Connect, Living Units, SWITC, Department of Health and Welfare, Nampa, Idaho. The project is located at the Southwest Idaho Treatment Center, 1660 11th Ave N, Nampa, ID 83687. A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: construction of approximately 1100 feet of 8-inch potable water line with a connection to the existing City of Nampa domestic water distribution system. Three water service meters will be installed as well as two stub outs for future connection. Work will include pavement restoration and as well as protection and restoration of existing landscaping and sidewalks. All work will be completed according to ISPWC standards as well and City of Nampa Construction Standards. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. Estimated Cost: $235,000
