Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Sequim, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a bridge / tunnel; for site work for a bridge / tunnel; for paving for a bridge / tunnel; and for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.

Submittals must include the following information: Firm name, phone, mailing address and email; Bridge specifications and materials (Up to five (5) single-sided 8.5”x11” Page Max); List of past projects with brief description and project reference contact information (Up to four (4) single-sided 8.5”x11” Page Max). A one (1) page single-sided 8.5”x11” Cover Letter may be included. Optional catalog cuts can be provided at the end of the proposal (no page limit). The goal of this proposal is to solicit quotes and proposals for up to four (4) prefabricated bridges to replace the current deteriorating bridges. Please provide a proposal including cost, time of delivery, and estimated installation requirements of your proposed bridges. The city is open to all materials that meet the following requirements: All 4 Bridges: - Need pedestrian rails - Located in lightly wooded areas around ponds and over creeks and must be able to withstand these conditions - Graffiti resistant preferred Bridge 1: - 33-feet in length - Pathway width 12-feet - Equipment and pedestrian access - Equipment specs: Mower, Tractor, UTV, similar small vehicles ? Max weight: 6000 LB Max Width: 9 FT Bridge 2: House a 4-inch waterline and an electrical conduit underneath the bridge. - 90-feet in length - Pedestrian only - Does not span any gaps but does rest on a strip of land between two ponds - Maximum exterior width 8-feet The City also reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals, waive all minor technicalities and informalities, and accept the proposal or proposals determined to be most advantageous to the City All proposals will be reviewed and screened by the City Contact and any designees. The City Contact may convene a selection panel and/or schedule interviews with Proposers to assist in the award decision.
