The addition will include an auditorium, locker rooms, classroom, and office spaces, a two stop elevator, and incidental related work. Project bid options include: Base Bid: Work within gridline 3/A-C to 7/A-C, including structure, exterior walls, all other building elements, site work and associated work within the existing building are part of the base scope. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
