Project Description: The Work consists of all activities necessary to construct HVAC replacement at 435 E. Hackett Road in Ceres, California. The Work includes, but is not limited to: Replacement of HVAC units, VAVs, exhaust fans, duct replacement, concrete, electrical, and HVAC controls. Substantial Completion of the entire Work within 180 calendar days+ Final Completion of the entire Work within 30 calendar days from Substantial Completion. *The bid list for this project may be incomplete. If you have been invited to bid on this project by the owner, please notify our editorial staff.
