Work on this project includes the rehabilitation of 3,615 feet of brick and segmented clay tile combined sewer main, ranging in size from 39-inch diameter to 60-inch diameter, using the cured-in-place pipe lining method. The City of Evanston (the City) in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, hereby notifies all Bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that the contract(s) entered into pursuant to this Notice will be awarded to the successful Bidders without discrimination on the ground of race, color, religion, sex, age, sexual orientation, marital status, NOTICE TO BIDDERS 00300-2 disability, familial status or national origin. The City of Evanston reserves the right to reject any or all submittals or to accept the submittal(s) deemed most advantageous to the City. Each Bidder shall be required to submit with their bid a disclosure of ownership interest statement form in accordance with the provisions of City Code Section 1-18-1 et seq. Failure to submit such information will result in the disqualification of such bid.
