Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Woodcliff Lake, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The project generally consists of the following approximate main item quantities: 22,000 square yards of milling, 2,600 tons ofHMA surface course, 780 tons ofHMA base course, 1,050 linear feet of total curbing, 175 square yards of concrete sidewalk, as well as other minor roadway and drainage improvements, to be constructed on Winthrop Drive, Woodmont Drive, Van Riper Lane, Rinzler Field Parking Lot, Harvard Court, and Stone Ridge, in the Borough of Woodcliff Lake. Bids must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit and a certified check or bid bond for not less than ten (10%) percent of the amount bid, provided said check need not be more than $20,000.00, nor shall not be less than $500.00, and a consent of surety from a surety company authorized to transact business in the State of New Jersey in a sum equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the amount bid Contractors shall be advised that Base Bid A, and Base Bid B are being funded by the NJDOT Municipal Aid Program. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates shall prevail in this contract. Contractors shall also be advised that Base Bid C, Base Bid D, Base Bid E, Alternate Bid A, and Alternate Bid B, are being funded by the Municipality. Federal Prevailing Wage Rates shall prevail in this contract. Small, Minority and Women's Business Enterprises are encouraged to obtain specifications and compete for the contract. The Borough reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to waive any informalities in the bidding.
