Description: Franklin County Board of Commissioners, on behalf of the Franklin County Department of Sanitary Engineering, is installing new sanitary sewer mains on N. Hague Avenue and Trabue Road located in Franklin Township. Work includes the construction of approximately 2,107 LF of 8-inch gravity sewer main, 2,535 LF of 10-in gravity main, 2,423 LF of 12-in gravity sewer main, 84 wyes, and 2,243 LF of 6-inch sanitary laterals within the road and right-of-way. Construction is being jointly funded by Ohio EPA's Water Pollution Control Loan Fund (WPCLF) and the Ohio Public Works Commission (OPWC) and is subject to Davis-Bacon wage rates.
