Work is generally described as follows: Lake Street Stormwater Improvements: Work includes furnishing and installing 380 linear feet of HDPE Storm sewer with concrete catch basins, a Hydrodynamic stormwater treatment device, 3 bioretention/rain garden practices, a vegetated swale, grading, and asphalt pavement. Work is located on Lake Street and around the Firehouse and DPW Building in the Village of Fleischmanns. Any Bidder who submitted completed Bid Forms to the Village of Fleischmanns, upon returning such set in good condition within thirty days following the award of the contract or rejection of the bids, will be refunded his full payment. Deposits will not be refunded to any non-bidder (including material suppliers, subcontractors, or those that provide quotes to Bidders).
