The selected firm shall assist in developing plans for slide correction. The firm shall review geotechnical reports and recommendations provided by others. The selected firm shall provide the following site design services: Engineer's Report, Environmental Document Preparation, Topographic Survey, Plan Development, Pavement Design, Permits, Right-of-Way Plan Development, Title Research, R/W Staking, Utility Coordination, and Construction Phase Services. The selected firm may provide the following services if needed: Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT plans to provide geotechnical services via on-call geotechnical engineering services contracts. INDOT will provide land acquisition services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 15 calendar days after the assignment date for this RFP item. These contracts will utilize INDOTs eInvoice application. Prequalification Required: Yes 2001722 - SR 63, Slide Correction, 3.45 miles north of US 41, in Vigo Co.
