Renovation of a library in Prescott Valley, Arizona. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 54,980-square-foot library.

The project will be replacing failing Black Cementitious Panels, Perforated Galvalume and Polycarbonate Exterior Wall Panels and finishing of interior walls in the building areas where the Polycarbonate and Perforated Galvalume panels will be replaced. In addition to this work there will be a metal canopy built over the employees' entrance on the north side of the building. The library is located at 7401 E. Skoog Blvd., Prescott Valley, Arizona 86314. Exterior envelope remediation of three existing material systems 1) perforated galvalume w/ kynar metal panels, 2) fiberglass reinforced cementitious panels, and 3) polycarbonate panels. All three are being replaced with various EIFS finish systems. Additional exterior improvements include new gutters, downspouts, and trench drains for enhanced storm water management and a new employee entrance and bookdrop canopy. Interior improvements include additional lighting and outlets and new interior wall finishes. As of September 20, 2023, construction had commenced in August 2023.
