For RFQ Contractor - Health and PE Multi-Purpose Facility The Prescott School District is soliciting proposals from Construction Management Companies to provide professional services for construction of:A new +/- 36,000 SF Health and PE Multi-Purpose Facility. Contractors responding to the Request for Qualifications must have a General Contractor's License issued by the State of Arkansas and any other qualifications as required by Arkansas law for Construction Managers/General Contractors. Professional services required include, but not limited to: Preconstruction Services, including but not limited to: estimating, bid package development, pricing (guaranteed maximum price), sub-contractor pricing and selection, scheduling, and project coordination; and Construction Services including but not limited to construction, project phasing, project close-out and warranty. Qualifications will be evaluated on experience and competence of the Construction Manager/General Contractor with respect to the type of professional services required. The capacity and capability of the company to perform the work in question, including specialized services, within an acceptable timeline for the completion of the project. A respondent must qualify in order to participate in the selection process. The Qualified Respondents may be invited to appear before a selection committee. Respondents are responsible for the sole cost and expense associated with the submission of the Qualification Statement.
