Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Greencastle, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Contract 1: $1.5M to $1.8M; Contract 2: $80k to $120k; Contract 3: $50k to $100k; Contract 4: $250k to $350k The Project consists of clarifier/filter rehab and media replacement, filter underdrain repairs, installation of air scour to the filters, replacement of the aluminum sulfate feed pumps, replacement of the chlorine gas feed system, replacement of various electrical and security components such as fire alarm system and security system, replacement of interior lighting, and other architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation/control upgrades throughout the plant. Each Bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid Bond in an amount not less than 10 percent of the Bid total, payable to the Owner in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A performance bond and payment bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract Price shall be required from the Successful Bidder All contractors on this Project are required to ensure that employees and applicants will not be discriminated against because of race, creed, color, religion, sex, age, handicap, marital status, or national origins; and, that the statutes and regulations of federal and state law regarding non-discrimination are met. The Owner reserves the right, at its option, to waive as an informality, any defects, errors, or omissions in any or all Bids; and to reject any or all Bids. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
