**The owner has selected a Construction Manager. Construction will begin sometime early next year.** New Fire Administration, EOC, Training Facility: Proposed new facility will consist of three structures along with the parking and adjacent site development. The three facilities are proposed as follows, subject to revision during design phase. Fire Administration: approximately 10,000 sf building, including 911 dispatch, fire department offices, support spaces, and training classroom/EOC. ICC-500 compliant storm shelter will comprise a portion of the facility. Support Building: approximately 3,000 sf building for storage and support functions, including apparatus storage. Fire Training: 4-story concrete or masonry live burn structure, with consideration for both Class-A and Class-B burns.
